Tide Table was the very first sponsor we had for our series Just Beneath the Surface. And they came up big to sponsor Season Four. We were tasked with telling the story of the Tide Table restaurants, incorporating each of the venues into the brand video and presenting the Tide Table Group as a huge part of the Long Beach Island experience. We highlighted the relationship with the local fishermen and other purveyors and told the story of an LBI summer day, from sunrise to late night. I identified the aspects of each restaurants, focused on certain characters, directed the filming, wrote the script, narrated, secured the song from my talented friend, Sammy Kay and worked with Oak Leaf Media in finessing the final product.
